4. Custom Orders and Final Sale Policy
All custom-designed, made-to-order, personalized, or modified jewelry is final sale and non-refundable.
Due to the bespoke nature of custom jewelry, once production has commenced, orders may not be canceled, modified, or returned for any reason.
5. Design Ownership
All original jewelry designs, concepts, sketches, CAD files, models, and related materials created by The Leake Co., LLC remain the sole intellectual property of The Leake Co., LLC.
6. Materials and Natural Variations
Gemstones, diamonds, and precious metals are natural materials and may exhibit inherent variations in color, clarity, texture, or appearance.
7. Pricing, Deposits, and Payments
All prices are subject to change without notice. Custom projects typically require a non-refundable deposit prior to commencement of work.
8. Care, Wear, and Insurance
The Leake Co., LLC is not responsible for damage, loss, wear, or degradation resulting from normal use or failure to insure jewelry.
